【Event Report】JAPAN'S TRADITIONAL BREWING Registration Commemorative Event in Sendai 🍶✨️
From March 28th to 30th, an event was held to celebrate the registration of "JAPAN'S TRADITIONAL BREWING" as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage! ㊗️
The event featured workshops and panel displays about koji, as well as complimentary sake and Amazake.
There was also a talk event with brewers and producers from the six prefectures of Tohoku. From Fukushima Prefecture, Rie Hoshi, the brewer from Kitanohana Shuzojo, took the stage. She shared her passion for traditional sake brewing 🙌 ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
