A winery established in 2019 at the foot of Takayu Onsen (hot spring) in western Fukushima City. We brew wine and cider in this area, which possesses a unique terroir that is rare globally, subtly permeated by the aroma of the hot springs. The local Mount Azuma is called "The Snow Rabbit of Mount Azuma" because the remaining snow in winter resembles a rabbit, and our wine labels feature a design based on this "Snow Rabbit."
We engage in single-varietal winemaking that highlights the individuality of the grapes, and we will continue to release wines from WINERY AZUMA SANROKU that connect people.
