Doburoku
Senta's doburoku includes three types:
dry "Buna no Izumi",
dry "Buna no Shizuku",
and sweet "Buna no Kirameki",
available in "Pasteurized Bottles" (Hīrebin) and "Frozen Fresh Packs" (Reitō Nama Pakku).
"Buna no Izumi" is a crisp, clean dry sake. It is a firm dry taste that is irresistible for sake lovers!!
"Buna no Shizuku" is a sweet sake with savory depth (umami) and body (koku). It is gently sweet, not overly so (Recommended for first-timers).
"Buna no Kirameki" is finished with an exquisite balance of savory depth (umami) and dryness. It is a unique doburoku!!
