This is a cidery and brewery that began operations in Aizu-Kitakata, Fukushima Prefecture, in 2023.
The "Yura Yura Hard Cider," brewed with the famous water of Kitakata, a city famous for ramen and Japanese Sake, uses generous amounts of apples and specialty fruits from Fukushima Prefecture.
"BECO" is brewed with the aim of creating a casual, easy-to-drink beer that will be loved throughout Japan, starting with the local region, much like Aizu's Akabeko (red cow figurine).
