Handa Ginzan Brewery is a craft beer brewery that opened in the summer of 2020. We utilize the rich nature of the fruit kingdom of Fukushima and the specialties nurtured there to carefully handcraft each craft beer. The ingredients we use, mainly fruits carefully grown by local farmers, preserve the seasonal flavor and aroma exactly as they are. The beer, which maximizes the natural flavor, has a mellow and warm finish. This is not just craft beer; it embodies "Fukushima's 'deliciousness' and the 'passion for hand-making'."
