A microbrewery led by a weather forecaster that aims to create a rich food culture with diverse beers.
HIGHLANDPORT BREWERY is run by a weather forecaster who loves beer and the sky, brewing and offering over ten varieties of diverse beers.
We make our beer with pure water from the source of the Abukuma River in Nishigo Village, which is located on a clean, high plateau at the eastern foot of the highest peak of Nasudake (Mount Nasu) in Nikko National Park, Sanbon Yaridake Moutain (1917m).
With all of the variety of beers in the world, we created this to allow everyone to enjoy and appreciate their different flavors right at home.
The greatest pleasure is having neighbors gather at the beer garden under the clear sky to enjoy lively conversation and fun together.
Moving forward, we hope to continue creating diverse beers together with everyone.
Our recommendation is the Sanbon Yaridake Moutain IPA, named after the place closest to the sky in the village.
