It was born from the desire to support the independence of people with disabilities by engaging in winemaking together.
Everything from grape cultivation in our own farm to brewing and bottling is done by hand, carefully drawing out the authentic flavor of the grapes.
In our three farms (Tashiro, Hannukizawa, and Ohisa), various grapes are cultivated to suit the respective soil and climate.
The climate of Iwaki and human effort resonate with each other to produce distinctive wines.
