nekka's exclusive doburoku, available only at the Tadami Station Brewery. We use only rice grown in Tadami as the ingredient, drawing out the rice's inherent sweetness and savory depth (umami). The rich body (koku), unique to doburoku, is layered with a gentle acidity, resulting in a product with the depth and satisfying finish of Japanese Sake. The flavor, born from the air, water, and rice nurtured by the land of Tadami, is truly the "blessing of Tadami itself." The appealing location directly in front of the station makes it easy to visit, whether as your final destination or for a stopover, and this doburoku can only be found here.
