Kita Aizu Wine (Red)
From the traditional vineyard nurtured by the Aizu climate, from brewing to bottling.
This is a privately managed vineyard that began cultivating grapes in the Aizu area in Meiji 26 (1893) and started brewing wine in Meiji 31 (1900).
The high-quality grapes, grown by a grape farmer using techniques applied to cultivating table grapes, are brewed utilizing the brewing science knowledge gained from studying at the Department of Fermentation Science, Tokyo University of Agriculture, resulting in a wine that exhibits powerful fruitiness and a rich aroma.
We operate as a tourist vineyard from September to October.
