Wine / Cider, etc.
Carefully brewed exclusively with fruits from the fruit kingdom of Fukushima.
Fukushima Ouse Winery is the first winery established in Koriyama City in October 2015.
We are committed to producing local beverages, working primarily in Koriyama City and collaborating with partner farmers in Aizuwakamatsu City.
In addition to wine, we offer flavors that value the terroir nurtured by Fukushima's climate and soil, including cider, which we have produced since our establishment, brandy carefully finished in a copper continuous still, and the sparkling beverage "Fukushima MOMO SPARKLING," which uses 100% of Fukushima Prefecture's representative peach, "Akatsuki".
The on-site winery shop sells many local products from Fukushima Prefecture and snacks that pair well with wine. Recommended wines can be enjoyed by the glass from our dedicated wine server. Please come and experience a glass that embodies the climate of Fukushima.
Fukushima Ouse Winery
Fukushima Ouse Winery, nestled in the rich satoyama (countryside) of Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, was established with the desire to "create a place that connects agriculture and the community through winemaking," and this year marks its 10th anniversary 🌿✨.
We focus on using local grapes and fruits from Fukushima Prefecture, creating a variety of flavors together with 13 contracted farmers in addition to our own fields. Cherishing the farmers' dedication embedded in every grape, this is a winery that fosters connections by engraving the producers' names on the wine.
"Vin de Ollage" (romanized, or Vin de Ollage) brewed exclusively with grapes from Koriyama City, had its first vintage in 2019 and has become the winery's representative wine 🍷.
The brewery, which boasts one of the highest production volumes in the prefecture, is also equipped with a still for making brandy and liqueurs. We also offer popular products that utilize the aroma and softness of the fruits, such as sparkling wine made with Fukushima Prefecture's representative peach, "Akatsuki" 🍑. We express the blessings of Fukushima's fruits in many ways through wine, cider, liqueur, and juice.
Please experience Fukushima's "delicious connections" through winery tours and tastings in the Ouse satoyama, where the nature of the four seasons is alive ☺️.
