Doburoku
We aim to make Saikitei a place of relaxation for Kunimi Town through our "Atsukashi no Doburoku."
"Saikitei" opened in Kunimi Town in September 2021, after receiving accreditation as a special zone for doburoku (unrefined sake).
The "Atsukashi no Doburoku," brewed using low-temperature fermentation with Koshihikari rice cultivated locally in Kunimi, has a rich aroma, deep taste (koku), and a pleasant mouthfeel.
We aim to contribute to the revitalization of Kunimi Town through this "Atsukashi no Doburoku."
