To commemorate the Fukushima Destination Campaign,
four new varieties of cup sake have been created.
Breweries within Fukushima Prefecture collaborated to design the sake profiles, utilizing original sake rice and yeast from Fukushima.
This is a special, original sake brewed collaboratively, offering a taste that can only be experienced now.

These cup sake feature two logos: the Fukushima Destination Campaign and the 150th Anniversary of the Fukushima Prefectural Administration.
There are two varieties: "Fukushima Kirameki Yume Cup (Sweet)" and "Fukushima Yumefuku Cup (Dry)". Both are origarami (lightly cloudy).

These cup sake feature original illustrations drawn by Masayuki Ishikawa, the author of the manga "Moyashimon+".
There are two varieties: "Fukushima Beko Cup (Sweet)" and "Fukushima Hashirigoma Cup (Dry)".

The two types of blue cups are "Usu-nigori" (lightly cloudy) sake. They are characterized by their unique color and mellow flavor.
No. 2
"Utsukushima Yume yeast" offers aromas similar to banana and melon, while "Utsukushima Kirameki yeast" features notes of strawberry and apple.
No. 3
All varieties are Junmaiginjo, made with rice polished down to 55%. These are premium cup sakes with a clean, refined taste and minimal impurities.

While delicious at room temperature, drinking them chilled is also highly recommended. Sake is sensitive to light, so please enjoy it soon after purchase.

The sweet varieties are very fruity. We highly recommend these for sake beginners as well.

The brewing water is a special blend from various breweries across the prefecture. Water in Fukushima tends to be soft, resulting in a mellow sake.

The dry varieties have a subtle aroma and pair well with any meal. Even when dry, you can still enjoy the rich umami of the rice.
