Whisky Grown from the Soil, cultivated from the raw ingredients.
Established in January 2023 as an in-house venture business of the parent company, CTI ENGINEERING CO.,LTD., began manufacturing whisky in July 2024.
The distillery facility utilizes the former Tamano Elementary School, which was renovated after closing in Heisei 29 (2017).
We cultivate corn and rye ourselves on farmland in the Tamano Town, Soma area close to the distillery, and use these as the main ingredients for our grain whisky. Even including malt, all manufacturing uses 100% domestically sourced ingredients.
We are currently manufacturing and aging whisky that is rich in aroma and sweetness, benefiting from the ingredients widely grown in the Tamano Town area, the cool spring water from the Abukuma Plateau, and the cool climate with large temperature variations.
Although product sales have not yet begun, we are currently hard at work so we can get them to everyone as soon as possible.
