Whisky Rooted in the Land, Crafted from Homegrown Ingredients.
Established in January 2023 as an in-house venture business of the parent company, CTI ENGINEERING CO.,LTD., the distillery began whisky production in July 2024.
The distillery is housed in the former Tamano Elementary School, which was renovated after closing in Heisei 29 (2017).
We cultivate corn and rye ourselves on farmland in the Tamano Town, Soma area close to the distillery, and use these as the main ingredients for our grain whisky. Even the malt is sourced entirely from within Japan, ensuring that every bottle is made with 100% Japanese-grown ingredients.
We are currently manufacturing and aging whisky that is rich in aroma and sweetness, benefiting from the ingredients widely grown in the Tamano Town area, the cool spring water from the Abukuma Plateau, and the cool climate with large temperature variations.
While our whisky is not yet available for sale, we are carefully nurturing each cask and look forward to sharing the fruits of our craftsmanship with you in the near future.
